Cancellation Windows

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

Cancellation Timeframe	Refund
Two Months before rental start	100% refund
One Month before rental start	50% refund
Less than 24 hours before rental start	No refund
No-show (failure to pick up)	No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us via:

WhatsApp: Send a message with your booking reference number
Email: Send your cancellation request with booking reference to our business email

Cancellations must include your booking reference number (e.g., RES000123) and the name used during booking.

Modifications

Want to change your dates or bike? No problem!

Date changes made one month before the original start date are free of charge (subject to availability)
Bike upgrades can be requested at any time and will be charged the price difference
Bike downgrades made 48+ hours before pickup will receive a refund of the difference

Early Returns

If you return the motorcycle earlier than the agreed end date, no refund will be given for unused days. We recommend contacting us to discuss your options before returning early.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Bank processing times may vary.
